Returns
- As each piece is made to order, please check your chosen colour finish, plug type and size carefully before ordering
- Standard-option orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery; items must be unused and in their original packaging, with return costs covered by the customer
- Custom and bespoke orders, such as custom RAL colours, non-standard sizes or bespoke designs, cannot be returned unless faulty
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos
- Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at no extra cost
- All Mullan Lighting fixtures are covered by a 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects; bulbs are not included
