Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm revised delivery times.

Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.


Dispatch & Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days where items are in stock.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Process

Deliveries are carried out via courier or palletised freight services, depending on the size and nature of the product.

For larger deliveries:

  • The courier may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date
  • Delivery is typically made to the kerbside or nearest accessible point
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access is suitable for delivery vehicles

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery before signing.

If there is visible damage:

  • Note this with the courier when signing
  • Or refuse delivery where appropriate

If you accept the delivery:

  • Take clear photographs of any damage to the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@themodernbar.co.uk or call 020 7871 9667

We will review the issue and arrange a resolution in line with your consumer rights.
