Warranty Information

We provide warranty cover across our product range in line with supplier terms. Warranty periods and coverage vary depending on the product type and are outlined below.

Beer Pumps & Accessories

• Covered by a 1-year warranty
• Covers manufacturing defects under normal use
• Designed for long-term performance when used and maintained correctly

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging and contact us with your order reference.

Garden Buildings

• Timber structures are covered by a 10-year guarantee against rot and decay
• Components (e.g. roofing felt, hinges, locks) are typically covered by a 12-month warranty

Conditions of Cover

To maintain validity, the product must:

• Be assembled correctly according to instructions
• Be installed on a firm, level base
• Be treated inside and out shortly after delivery and annually thereafter
• Have all glazing properly sealed

Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover:

• Natural characteristics of timber (e.g. knots, warping, splitting)
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, or modification
• Water ingress due to incorrect installation or upkeep

Timber is a natural material and requires regular maintenance to preserve its condition and lifespan.

Refrigeration Equipment

• Covered by a 1–2 year warranty, depending on product type
• Includes parts and labour for UK Mainland orders (where applicable)

Important Notes

• Labour cover is limited to UK Mainland addresses
• Consumable parts (e.g. gaskets, bulbs, shelves) are excluded unless reported damaged within 24 hours
• Warranty may be void if the product is moved, not maintained correctly, or used improperly
