The Beer Line Cleaning Bottle offers a practical way to clean and flush beer lines using your existing dispense setup. Available in different bottle sizes and cap options, it can be used across a range of keg couplers — just make sure you select the correct cap to match your coupler, with examples shown in the product images.
Designed for Beer Line Cleaning: A straightforward way to flush and soak beer lines using your chosen cleaning solution.
Different Bottle Sizes Available: A 5L bottle is well suited to one or two lines, while larger bottles are better for multi-line setups.
Coupler-Specific Cap Options: Choose the correct cap to match your keg coupler before ordering.
Works with Your Existing Gas Setup: Connects via your coupler and regulator to pressurise the bottle and push solution through the line.
Always wear the appropriate PPE and follow the instructions provided with your chosen cleaning solution.
Fill the bottle with water and cleaning solution, following the dilution ratio on the cleaner packaging, then refit the cap and tube.
Disconnect the keg coupler from the keg and attach it to the cleaning bottle, keeping the gas regulator connected so the bottle can pressurise.
Open the beer tap with a bucket underneath until cleaning solution starts to flow, then close the tap and leave the solution in the line for the recommended soak time.
Reopen the tap and pull the solution through into the bucket.
Once empty, disconnect the coupler, release the pressure, and rinse the bottle thoroughly.
Refill the bottle with clean water, reconnect it, and flush the line again, running through at least 10 pints of fresh water to remove any remaining cleaner.
Once the line is clear, disconnect the bottle, release the pressure, and reconnect the coupler to the keg, then pull through any remaining water before serving.
For best results, beer taps, tap nozzles, and keg couplers should also be cleaned regularly as part of routine maintenance.
